Jubilee celebrations continue at a Gloucestershire hotel after two of its most senior members have passed a decade of service.

General Manager, Maz Jurko, and Operations Manager, Dominic Weaver, have both been at the 17th Century Mansion Hotel for 10 years, with over two decades of extensive hotel know-how and a strong and supportive network of staff. behind them.

Collectively, the pair have been instrumental in the hotel’s commitment to implementing sustainable procedures – with several eco-friendly initiatives being used throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Reflecting on her time in hospitality, Maz said: ‘Dom and I’s time at Stonehouse Court has been a complete and absolute whirlwind! Having both started our food and beverage journeys, we encountered similar experiences in the hospitality industry – which definitely helped shape us into who we are today.
