Spicers expands its private collection with the addition of a luxury property in Byron

Spicers Retreats has added the luxury property of Byron Bay Hinterland House to its Private Collection portfolio.

“We are delighted to welcome the stunning Hinterland House to The Collection,” said Private Collection by Spicers Managing Director David Lacey.

“This unique, beautifully appointed home perfectly captures the essence of The Collection – relaxed luxury in an unforgettable private retreat.”

The move aligns with Spicers’ strategy to have more than 50 private homes in The Collection over the next 24 months in popular destinations including Byron Bay, Hamilton Island, The Barossa and Port Douglas.

The property, which is the largest in the Spicers collection, sleeps 16 in a 1900 heritage site 20 minutes from Byron Bay.

Hinterland House owner Mitch Carter said he was delighted to see the property join Private Collection by Spicers.

“With the property having recently undergone an interior makeover by renowned interior designer Kathy Brauer of Bisque Traders, we have already seen an increase in inquiries and bookings,” he said.

“We believe this partnership will further strengthen Hinterland House’s place as the most booked luxury private property in Byron Bay and surrounding areas.”

Private Collection by Spicers was launched in December 2021 to meet the growing demand for tranquil, nature-based getaways.
